Marsik Property Management provides property management services, including but not limited to:

• Lease preparation and tenant screening.

• Property maintenance and inspections.

• Rent collection and financial reporting.

• Portfolio management and advisory services.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property.

• Pay all applicable fees and charges as outlined in your agreement.

• Notify us of any changes to your property or contact information.

• Fees for our services will be outlined in your management agreement.

• Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be specified in your contract.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

Marsik Property Management is not liable for:

• Losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, market fluctuations).

• Tenant-related issues, such as non-payment or property damage, unless caused by our negligence.

• Either party may terminate the management agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in your contract.

• Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and property ownership will be transferred back to you.

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Marsik Property Management and is protected by copyright laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
